We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, situated on a very busy street next to a train station in the vibrant New Town. It's not too far at all from the charming Old Town, making it convenient for exploring both areas. Additionally, the hotel is really near the shopping area, which was a big plus for us.
This place is highly recommended for families.

The best aspects were the large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, the helpful staff who provided tour information and made restaurant reservations, the good and plentiful breakfast, and the inviting public rooms on the main floor. The hotel's location was also excellent, as it was close enough to walk or take one of the numerous trams to the Dresden Neustadt train station and the Christmas markets. the hotel was clean, had great facilities, and offered convenient transportation options.
